This Keto Chicken Crust Pizza is insanely delicious and guilt-free. It is juicy, flavorful, easy to make, and customizable. It is the perfect comfort food for all keto-ers.
Transfer the shredded chicken into a much bigger bowl, crack the egg into the bowl, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, then add the basil, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Combine the ingredients thoroughly by mixing with a spoon.
Line the pizza pan with parchment paper. Transfer the chicken-based dough onto the parchment paper and shape it into a circle. Use a spoon to flatten and even the top of the pizza dough.
Drizzle a little olive oil on top of the dough and place it into the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
To Top the Pizza:
Once the chicken-based pizza dough is fully baked, use a spoon to spread some pizza sauce on it and sprinkle as much Mozzarella cheese as you want atop the sauce.
Sprinkle a tiny bit of Golden boy pizza seasoning. Arrange pepperoni, black olives, and sliced jalapeno peppers at the center of the pizza. Place the pizza back in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
